Students may call 435-879-4721 to discuss off-campus student housing options and/or concerns. Utah Tech University provides the off-campus housing list as a service to students, but does not approve or endorse the apartments listed. Most of these apartments are across the street or within a short distance of campus (see map below). As off-campus housing rules, standards, conditions, costs and physical appearance vary, it is very important for students to check and compare units carefully, and understand contract requirements, before making a decision. Off-campus housing contracts and agreements are between the renters and landlords – Utah Tech University is not involved in any way.
