THE ON-CAMPUS ADVANTAGE
Campus View Suites were designed to make the on-campus living experience as convenient as possible. Expenses for living at Campus View Suites include an application fee/deposit and rent (there are no monthly fees to worry about – utilities, laundry use, and wireless Internet are included).
Laundry and Trash
Laundry facilities are just steps away on each floor, and are free to use. When trash is ready for disposal, students can simply take it to the trash chute located on the floor, not needing to go outside the building to a dumpster.
Food
A convenience store was added to Campus View Suites 3 to make food purchases convenient and affordable. Students can cook in the community kitchens located on each floor, or utilize the outdoor BBQs. Meal Plans through Dining Services are another great option to save sales tax when eating on campus at the various dining locations such as Brooks’ Stop, a grill located just steps from Campus View Suites 1’s front doors.

The living and social spaces at Campus View Suites allow for natural interaction and socialization among students. Students have ample opportunity to make friends on campus while interacting at the sand volleyball courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, putting green, game rooms, lounges, outdoor BBQs, hammock gardens, fitness rooms, and outdoor decks/patios.
Active Learning, Active Life.
Resident Life Live-In Staff strive to help students in On-Campus Housing succeed at Utah Tech University. Live-In Staff help students navigate through roommate issues or other concerns and are available day or night. Staff work with students to maintain a comfortable, safe, and fun on campus living environment!
